MAKE  SOULWALK FIT YOUR NEEDS

It can be purely for relaxation, or it can be as intense as health permits. The majority of the pictures shared within this website reflect the lighter side of my SOULWALK miles. However, my personal daily workouts are far more intense an activity than the photos tend to reflect, hence all requires careful preparation with regard to nutrition and such. Each day, I put in some hard miles and long hours with my ironwings. But this commitment reflects my own path and certain promises made. Let it be between you and your Coach to determine what the emphasis of your SOULWALKprogram will be; whether you choose to  focus on the spiritual, or if the fitness aspect will be your  priorit. For some, walking may simply be a way of clearing one’s mind of the day’s cares... SOULWALK advocates that you walk to bring total balance to  the mind, body and spirit. The bottom line is, SOULWALK will address what you feel the need  to  improve in your life. Shape it to meet your personal needs in order to truly achieve the greatest  benefits from your individual  program.

A WARM SOULWALK WELCOME

SOULWALK found its humble beginnings one fateful day in 1992. And in the small Michigan town where it all began, I came to be referred to by many as Ironwalk. My days generally consist of a minimum of 3 hours of miles (Coach alone is privy to the maximum), all of which are fulfilled with ironwings in hands. My ironwings are just that; 10 pounds of iron that are so much a part of my body and soul after all these years and miles, they seem to have morphed into wing-like appendages. I am never seen doing my miles without them, hence the name Ironwalk. But it is SOULWALK that people have come to know and remember me for...and the thousands of miles walked, not only on US soil, but also many lands abroad. Through these miles, I have endeavored to inspire others to SOULWALK as a means of strenghtening the mind, body and soul so as to journey onward with lighter spirit, prepared to meet whatever life and the day may bring. My workouts are intense and demanding of mind, body and spirit. But the rewards received are equally great.
